This painting was inspired by the Blue Ridge Parkway in the fall, more specifically the Linn Cove Viaduct in North Carolina. It was a gift for my brother who lives in Asheville! I really hoped to capture the rich colors of fall in the blue ridge, with the deep reds and golds that cover the hills.
